Photo-A-Day 2013: Week 24

A business trip to New York City dominated the weekdays of mid-June on my calendar, with both business and the city highlighted in the images of the week. Let’s take a look at June 10-16.

11-JUN-2013: Part of the job, these group pix at industry parties take up more space on my memory cards than I'd like. That said, this group was just perfectly *random* enough to feature here.

12-JUN-2013: One of my favorite images of the year, the new One World Trade Center in NYC. Where does the sky end? Where do the buildings begin?

Photo-a-Day 2013: Week 13

It’s been a busy few weeks since the last post, but I am about ready to get caught up on the Photo-a-Day project on the blog!

For this week’s images, I’m cutting the images to six days in order to coincide with the final day (and Sunday) of March. Until now, the weekly updates have run on a Tuesday-thru-Monday schedule, since New Year’s Day was a Tuesday. But this natural break at the end of the first quarter allows a simple change to a normalized Monday-thru-Sunday schedule from here on out.

These photos revolve heavily around downtown Los Angeles. Let’s take a look (and remember, to see a larger version of any image, just click on the image you want to expand).
